A test ride is the example at the beginning of an FEI event that the judges can watch, score, critique, and discuss. Then they go on to judge the rest of the division based on what they saw. They basically asked Julie to do a demonstration ride! I wish I could be there to watch!

I heard your test was a really lovely one... I'm so proud of you! There was a time in that appy's life when he simply refused to put his head down, much less produce a nice test. You've really taught him a lot! Hmmm--now maybe you can help Randy??? :)
