Braiding: Remember, no braiding! :) Coats are waived for the weekend... You are welcome to wear a polo shirt of a conservative color.
Green as Grass and Starter will be run as a no-elimination format... If a rider accumulates 3 refusals at one fence, she should simply proceed onto the next fence and continue the course. We want everyone to do well and be successful! And be SAFE!
Stabling: If you requested stabling, stabling will be held in the 1st barn that you come to on the farm. Stalls are labeled. Bedding is provided, fans are already up. Be sure to bring buckets! Stalls are 12x16 with mats. Stabling is available from 3pm Saturday to 7pm Sunday.
Parking: There is ample parking available, and there are signs directing traffic into the parking. Parking is in a grass fenced paddock, but there is lots of gravel into the paddock and it is very flat. Water is available in the barn nearby.
Secretary: The secretary is located in the upper barn, which is near the show jumping ring. Please forgive the construction going on at the Upper Barn... We are working to bring our guests a bigger and better CEO in 2008!
Stadium: Stadium is located in a 100x200 all weather fenced sand arena. SJ warmup is located in an adjacent fenced paddock. Coats are waived and conservative polo shirts are absolutely acceptable. Be sure to wear your armbands and approved helmets! Stadium will run on-time, so please take a look at your stadium ride times. Green as Grass, Starter, and Beginner Novice show jumping will not be timed... N, T, and P show jumping will be timed. Stadium will be open for walking beginning 3pm Friday.
XC: Cross country is flat to gently rolling with great turf footing. Green as Grass and Starter will not be timed; Beg Novice, Novice, and Training are timed. Green as Grass numbers are, you guessed it, green. Starter numbers are labeled in Yellow, Beg Novice numbers are blue, Novice numbers are white, Training numbers are black. XC Will be available for walking beginning 3pm Friday. It is NOT available for walking before that, as our small group of volunteers will be working feverishly to prepare everything so that you may have a wonderful weekend!
DOGS: PLEASE NOTE, VERY IMPORTANT: We do not allow dogs at Team CEO for your safety and the safety of your horse. PLEASE do not bring a dog with you, as it will not be allowed on the farm. Also, no smoking on the farm, all for safety concerns. Other than that, we're looking forward to a terrifically fun weekend!!!
